1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 2jabet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 2jabet website, its subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any associated services collectively referred to as the "Platform".

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, accessing any game, or otherwise using any feature of 2jabet, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the 2jabet Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or non-cash incentives credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the User from their own financial sources, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other market available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals may be processed.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered before Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — regulatory obligations requiring the Platform to detect and report suspicious financial activity.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 2jabet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or your local law, whichever is greater.
2. You are a natural person of legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.
4. You do not hold an existing 2jabet account in any name or form. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
5. You are not the subject of a self-exclusion order on the Platform or any third-party responsible gambling registry applicable to the Platform.
6. You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent or family member of any such person employed by or affiliated with 2jabet or its technology partners.
7. You are acting entirely on your own behalf and are not operating the account as an agent or representative of any third party.

Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 restricts gambling activities. Users located in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their specific circumstances. 2jabet does not represent that its services are lawful in Pakistan or that it holds any licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any other Pakistani regulatory authority.

4. Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

To create an account, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully. You are required to provide, at minimum: a valid email address, a username, a secure password, your date of birth, and your country of residence. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 2jabet at any time. The Platform actively monitors for duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Platform reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, withhold any bonuses associated with those accounts, and — in cases of deliberate fraud — withhold any remaining balance.

4.3 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, and at the Platform's discretion at any other time, you may be required to complete KYC verification. KYC typically requires submission of one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — for Pakistani users, a current CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid passport is the standard primary document.
• Proof of residential address — such as a recent utility bill, bank statement or other official correspondence, where required.
• A selfie or liveness verification check confirming the identity document belongs to you.
• Proof of payment method ownership, where deposits have been made via a specific method.

Documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification portal. Never send identity documents via email, WhatsApp, social media or any unsecured channel. Documents must not be altered, cropped to remove material information, or otherwise modified. Submission of falsified documents is a criminal matter.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. 5. Terms of Use

Access to and use of the 2jabet Platform is granted for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. By using the Platform you agree to the following conditions:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts or other software to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or associated infrastructure.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting schemes or other activity designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• You acknowledge that all games and sports markets carry inherent risk and that losses are a possible outcome of gambling.
• You will not conduct, facilitate or attempt any form of money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime through the Platform.

The Platform is available via internet browser on all standard devices. While 2jabet is optimised for mobile use — including standard connections common across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar — the availability and performance of the Platform may be affected by your internet connection, device specifications and local network conditions.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from payment sources that are legally owned by the registered account holder. The Platform references payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT — for contextual familiarity only. These references do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or support for gambling operations by any named payment provider. Actual available deposit methods are confirmed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. The Platform reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits at any time.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to verified accounts that have completed KYC requirements. The Platform reserves the right to process withdrawals using the same method as the original deposit where practicable. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timelines specified in the Platform's current processing schedule, which is subject to change. Processing times may vary depending on payment method and individual account verification status.

6.3 Currency

Pakistani Rupee (PKR) transactions are referenced throughout the Platform for the benefit of Pakistani users. Actual account currency and any applicable conversion rates are confirmed at the time of deposit. Users are responsible for any currency conversion costs charged by their payment provider.

6.4 Unclaimed Balances

Account balances that remain dormant for an extended period — as specified in the Platform's dormancy policy — may be subject to an inactivity fee or other treatment as described in that policy. Users are encouraged to maintain regular account activity and to contact support if they anticipate an extended absence.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 2jabet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game type. These rules are displayed within each betting market or game interface. Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Errors in bet placement — including incorrect stake amounts or market selections — are the User's responsibility.

7.2 Cricket, PSL and ICC Markets

Cricket markets — including PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and Test matches — are governed by specific cricket betting rules published on the Platform. In-play markets are subject to suspension and settlement based on real-time match data. The Platform's settlement decisions on cricket markets are final.

7.3 Casino Games

Casino games — including live dealer titles, slots, table games and instant games — are governed by their individual game rules and Return to Player (RTP) information published within each game. RTP figures are theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7.4 Void Bets

The Platform reserves the right to void bets placed in error, at incorrect odds, or where technical faults have affected the integrity of the market. In the event of a void, the original stake will be returned to the User's account balance.

7.5 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-event winnings and maximum payout per bet slip are subject to limits specified in the Platform's current betting rules. These limits may vary by sport, market type and stake level.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds promotions, cashback offers and loyalty rewards ("Promotions") are subject to specific terms and conditions associated with each individual offer. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover") before they — or any associated winnings — may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated for each individual promotion. As an illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x rollover requires PKR 150,000 in total wagers before withdrawal eligibility is reached. Actual figures are confirmed in each promotion's specific terms.

8.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Activity

While Bonus Funds are active in your account, a maximum single bet or wager limit applies. This limit is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Placing bets exceeding the maximum bet limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. As an illustrative example, this limit is commonly set at PKR 500 per round or event, though actual limits vary by promotion.

8.4 Game Contribution Rates

Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. As a general illustration: slot games commonly contribute 100% of each wager; live casino, table games and video poker may contribute a lower percentage (e.g., 10–20%); certain game categories may be excluded entirely. Actual contribution rates are published in the terms of each specific promotion.

8.5 Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds have an expiry period from the date of credit. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain at the time of expiry will be forfeited without notice. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms.

8.6 Bonus Abuse

The Platform actively monitors for bonus abuse including, but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee bonus conversion, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is detected, the Platform reserves the right to void the bonus, withhold associated winnings, and close the account.

9. Responsible Gambling

2jabet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gambling tools accessible within every registered account, including but not limited to:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control your spend.
• Session Time Limits — set time reminders or automatic session cut-off periods.
• Self-Exclusion — voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period or permanently.
• Reality Checks — receive periodic notifications of time spent on the Platform during a session.
• Loss Limits — set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Registering more than one account in any name or using fictitious identity information.
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence systems or any other tools not expressly authorised by 2jabet.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider information exploitation, or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or coordinating bets to exploit market inefficiencies systematically.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors in odds, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Providing access to your account to any third party, including agents, tipsters or third-party betting services.
• Using the Platform if you are a resident of or accessing from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Any conduct designed to circumvent security measures, KYC requirements or responsible gambling controls.

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

11. Intellectual Property

All content published on the 2jabet Platform — including but not limited to the 2jabet brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, data feeds, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 2jabet or its licensed content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of 2jabet.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2jabet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform.
• Losses arising from technical failures, server outages, internet connectivity interruptions, or delays in market settlement.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics or game descriptions.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13. Account Termination

13.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting the Platform's support team at [email protected]. Before closure, ensure that all pending withdrawals have been processed and any outstanding wagering requirements are noted. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations under these Terms.

13.2 Termination by 2jabet

2jabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC, activity inconsistent with responsible gambling, or access from a Restricted Jurisdiction.

In the event of account closure by 2jabet for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned where the Platform is satisfied with the legitimacy of the funds and there is no ongoing investigation.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2jabet holds its operating licence. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the applicable law of your jurisdiction. Pakistani users should be aware that local courts may apply Pakistani law in certain circumstances, and that local gambling restrictions may be relevant to any dispute.

15. Amendments to These Terms

2jabet reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account.
